VIVA is a companion that helps you keep track of your everyday money in one calm, simple place.

What VIVA does, and doesn’t do

VIVA works alongside your bank. It doesn’t replace your bank, and it can’t move your money. It keeps a record of what you tell it, so its figures are only as complete as what you enter.

You don’t need to be good with technology. If you can use a phone or read your email, you can use VIVA. You can take it one step at a time, and most slips are easy to fix. VIVA can’t touch your bank account, whatever you press.

Get VIVA

• On a computer, or any phone or tablet browser: go to app.vivaleadingtech.ca.
• As an app: install VIVA from the App Store on an iPhone or iPad, or from Google Play on an Android device.

How to use this guide

Each task is short and has the same parts: what you’ll do, the steps with pictures, and how you’ll know it worked.

1. Choose Phone, Tablet or Computer under Show pictures for. The pictures change to match what you’re using. The phone and tablet pictures come from Android devices, so an iPhone or iPad may look a little different.
2. Change the text size with the two A buttons beside it.
3. Tap any picture to make it bigger.

On a computer, these choices are at the top of the page. On a phone or small tablet, tap the menu button at the top right to find them.

You don’t have to read this guide in order. Use the chapter list or Search to go straight to what you need. If you have a question, try Common questions.
